How online journeys work
We meet live on a video call. I open the space, walk you through preparation, and guide you into the same 9D journey experience as an in-person session: the breath, the layered soundscape, the waves, the integration. Because the sound is delivered through your own headphones, the immersion is genuinely the same; the room around you just happens to be yours.
Online journeys run both as small live groups and as private one-to-one sessions. Cameras stay on so I can see your breathing and support you the whole way through; your microphone stays muted so your experience stays private.
What you need
- Wired or well-charged over-ear headphones. This matters; the sound is the vehicle.
- A quiet room where you will not be interrupted for the session length.
- A place to lie down comfortably: bed, mat, or couch all work.
- A blanket and an eye covering if you have one.
- A device with a camera, positioned so I can see you.
Who online is for
People outside Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent, parents who cannot leave the house in the evening, and anyone whose nervous system simply settles better at home. If your body relaxes most deeply in your own space, online is not the compromise option; it is the better one.
Dates & investment
The regular online rhythm is Taster Tuesdays: every tuesday at 1:00 PM Eastern and 7:00 PM Eastern, complimentary, on Zoom. That is a real journey, not a sales call, and it is the simplest place to start.
Beyond that, online group sessions are $25 per participant during the beta launch, and private online sessions are by application. Package pricing is announced as each program is finalized. The list hears first.
