Group Journeys

How group journeys work

A group journey is a guided 9D breathwork experience shared with a small circle of people, each on their own mat, each with their own headphones, each having a completely private experience inside a shared container. We open together, journey together, and integrate together. Nobody shares unless they want to.

Groups are kept deliberately small. This is not a class of forty strangers; it is a room where I can see and support every person in it. Sessions run 90 minutes to two hours including arrival and integration time, online or in person through partner studios and host locations across Southwestern Ontario.

Who this is for

• You have done real inner work already and want a practice that goes below the neck.
• You want the energy and normalcy of doing this alongside other humans.
• You are new to breathwork and want your first experience held in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
• You want a repeatable practice, not a one-time event.

Bring your own group

A group does not have to mean strangers. I build journeys for people who already belong to each other:

• You and your tribe
• Businesses
• Wellness studios
• Community groups
• Sports teams
• Organizations

A complimentary introductory session for groups of up to 11 people. If your group wants to keep going afterward, we build a package from there.

Investment

$25 per participant for a group session. Beta launch rate while the founding programs are being built. The introductory session for a group of up to 11 is complimentary, so the first time your people breathe together costs you nothing.

Package pricing is announced as each program is finalized. The list hears first.
